I had a frustrating time trying to get clear answers from merchconnectioninc.com. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the replies here felt really short and a bit confusing, so I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once. It made everything feel slower and more annoying than it needed to be. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, the communication just wasn’t great.

"Okay shirts, but really slow turnaround"
The shirts turned out okay, okay enough, but the turnaround was way slower than I thought it would be. I had to ask twice just to get updates, and it kind of felt like nobody really knew when the order was actually going to ship.

It wasn’t the worst order I’ve ever placed, but the delay definitely messed up our plans. I might use them again, maybe, but only if I had plenty of extra time and wasn’t in any kind of rush.

"Embroidery was messy and no one seemed to own it"
The embroidery came out bad, honestly. The stitching looked messy and there were loose threads all over. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was responsible for fixing it or even who I was supposed to talk to about the issue. Everyone kind of seemed to pass it along. I don’t think I’d order again.

I’m a little confused by this one. The material just felt really cheap to me, and I wasn’t expecting that. Maybe I missed something in the description, but it didn’t feel like good quality when I got it.

The print came out blurrier than I expected and the colors looked kind of washed out. I was hoping it would look sharper but it just didn’t turn out that great

"Design help felt rushed and confusing"
I tried using their design help, but it felt rushed and a little confusing?? The suggestions didn’t really line up with what I was asking for, and I had to repeat the same details more than once. I was expecting more guidance and better ideas, so it just wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Minimum order felt way too strict"
I tried to place a small order the other day, or maybe it was last week and ran into their minimum order requirements. They were way higher than what I needed, and there didn’t seem to be any wiggle room at all. I went back and forth for a bit trying to figure out if I’d missed a smaller option, but nope. In the end I just gave up because it didn’t make sense to order that much.

"Confusing and honestly kind of a pain"
I tried using the website and, yeah, it was frustrating. It’s just not laid out in a way that makes sense. Pages were loading slow, and I had to poke around way too much just to find basic stuff. Some of the buttons weren’t clear, so I kept clicking things and basically guessing where I was supposed to go. It was even worse on my phone, like everything felt harder than it needed to be. I ended up giving up before I finished what I came there to do.

My order got delayed over and over, which was really frustrating. The product was fine when it finally showed up, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but the waiting kind of ruined it for me. I’m saying I won’t order again, but if there was a really good deal, I might still think about it.

"Shipping is taking forever"
I’m still waiting for my order and the delivery has been ridiculously slow. What makes it more frustrating is that there’s basically no human contact, just automated updates that don’t really tell me anything. I just want to know where my package is.

I was hoping to make a handful of simple design tweaks, but the customization options felt really limited. I could only adjust maybe a few little things, and not in the way I wanted. After spending a bit of time messing with it, it just got frustrating and didn’t feel worth it. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I had an issue with my order and trying to get anyone to actually fix it was such a headache. The replies took forever, and when they finally came, they sounded like some copy-paste nonsense from a bunch of clowns who didn’t even read what I wrote. In the end, I’m still not happy with how it was handled. Definitely won’t be using them again.

I ordered my usual size and it didn’t fit anything like the size chart said it would. The arms were way too tight, but then the shirt was weirdly long, so the whole fit just felt off. Now I have to deal with a return, which is already annoying, and I’m sure I’ll get some canned “sorry for the inconvenience” message that doesn’t actually help. Frustrating experience overall.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. I don’t like taking chances with purchases when the return process feels this uncertain, so this whole experience has made me a lot more cautious about ordering again...

Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. From the tone of their reply, I got the sense they were probably busy or dealing with a lot, but it still would’ve been nice to hear back sooner.

"Bulk order turned into way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I placed a big bulk order through merchconnectioninc.com, i don’t feel like I was being unreasonable expecting it to be organized. When you’re ordering that much at once, you kind of assume there will be at least some clear communication and follow-through.
Instead, everything felt scattered. The order got split up, a few items showed up late, and I had to keep reaching out just to figure out what was happening. Even then, the replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

The part that bothered me most was that when the order ended up being wrong, nobody really seemed to take responsibility for it. I get that mistakes happen, but with a bulk order, basic updates and someone owning the issue isn’t too much to ask. I wouldn’t use them again

"Pricing was a confusing mess"
The pricing felt like a total clown show. I had to click around like some detective just to figure out what I might actually pay, and even then I still wasn’t sure. Just show the fees and final total upfront instead of making customers chase it down like idiots.
